I always refer to it as the dreadmill, but I’m actually feeling this is a little harsh. This week, it has saved me. With the weather being so cold, I’ve not been feeling too great and having an easy week on the plan, I’ve headed to the treadmill for my last 2 runs. Don’t get me wrong, I would much rather be heading outside, but when needs must my trusty treadmill is not so bad!
