I only managed 1 run in Scotland, which is a shame as the weather was gorgeous and the views along the River Tay were stunning.
I completed 5k, which felt hard work and my legs felt heavy. I knew I hadn’t fuelled well after my 20 miler on Friday, and the 7 hours sat in the car on Sunday also didn’t help! I may not have run much, but I have swum, stretched and foam rolled lots, so I’m hoping my legs will start to feel better on tomorrow’s run.
