Strength Training for marathon runners
I say it every year, but IF I run another marathon, I am definitely completing a strength programme before I start the programme and keeping it up during the training cycle! So I am putting this on this week, so I can look back and use it! (Obviously this is just incase I run another marathon – I so hope my husband isn’t reading this!)

She set a world record this year on the treadmill, she runs marathons for fun and she also conquered the MdS. She posts great pictures of herself running, always smiling and it motivates you to go out yourself!
If you have accomplished something, why not have something made to celebrate (Click here). After my first marathon, I had this key ring made.
Some people have a tattoo to celebrate, but I’m not that brave, so I think I am going to be purchasing another piece of Bling with my new PB time and this years motto “Tomorrow I will have no regrets.”
